Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your AquaNurture shower experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
When You Can Return
You may request a return within 60 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused or in like-new condition (original packaging included).
We’ll gladly provide a full refund once the returned item is received and inspected.
When Returns Cannot Be Accepted
We’re unable to accept returns if:
- The item was received more than 60 days ago;
- The product has been damaged due to improper installation or misuse;
- The item is missing parts or accessories (filter, showerhead, washers, etc.);
- Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted because our warehouse is unable to identify unauthorized packages.
Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item, AquaNurture will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., “changed my mind” or “not suitable for my shower”), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item is received:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 3–5 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
- If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.
